We FIGHT ALL Motorcycle Tickets!
Common types of Motorcycle Tickets
Speeding Violations: Exceeding the posted speed limit is one of the most frequent infractions for motorcyclists. Speeding can result in hefty fines and points on your driving record. (CVC codes 22348, 22349, 22350)
Reckless Driving: Engaging in aggressive maneuvers, weaving through traffic, or performing stunts can lead to reckless driving charges, which may carry severe penalties. (CVC 23103, 23109)
Improper Lane Change: When an officer wants to hold lane splitting against us motorcyclists, they can resort to writing a ticket for improper lane changes (if crossing back and forth across the lines) (CVC 22107, 22108)
Failure to Signal: Not using turn signals when changing lanes or making turns can result in a citation for failing to signal.
Driving Without a Valid License: Riding a motorcycle without the appropriate motorcycle endorsement or license can lead to ticketing. (get that “M” endorsement!)
Following too closely: Sometimes an officer might cite a motorcyclist for following another vehicle too closely (CVC 21703)
Noise Violations: Excessively loud exhausts and modifications can lead to citations for violating noise pollution laws.
Vehicle Equipment Violations: Issues such as faulty lights, brakes, or not having a working horn can lead to tickets during traffic stops.
Being aware of these common motorcycle tickets can help riders adhere to traffic laws and maintain safer riding practices.
